Please remember the Chippendale guidelines when considering making changes to the exterior of your home. This includes, painting, home additions, swing sets, patios, decks, changes to the topography of your lot, major landscaping plans.

Work Permits are required by The Village of Barrington for home additions, swing sets, patios, and decks. Village of Barrington Work Permit Dept phone: 847- 304-3400.

Please note the purpose of our Covenants, and the approval process for exterior renovations is to insure the aesthetics are harmonious with our neighborhood.
