Assessments
2026 Assessments $294/Quarter ($1,176/Year)
Assessment due dates:
The Chippendale quarterly assessments are due on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. You may also pay the assessments as one lump sum in January, or bi-annually in January and July. A $25 late fee is applicable after a 30-day grace period.
